Ex demo simply means that the machine has been used for demonstration purposes in a store. The bikes will have been moved around and have been typically used for photographs or for sales events. Although this leads to some cosmetic damage, they often have the advantage of having been properly maintained and looked after by a specialist mechanic to keep them in perfect working order.
