Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Goods will normally be delivered within 3-7 working days for UK mainland. Typically, for items in stock (excluding bikes and large items), orders placed before 1pm will normally be delivered the next working day. If an item is out of stock for more than 7 working days an estimate of the delivery time will be e-mailed to you and the item dispatched as soon as stock is available. For orders containing multiple items in stock items will be dispatched within 3-7 working days and out of stock items delivered when available at no extra charge. Bikes will not be despatched immediately because we assemble, inspect and check it is in full working order before repacking for delivery.

If applicable, carriage charges will be added at the end of your order and will be as follows:

Return Policy New Unused Items
These Government Department of Trade and Industry regulations entitle you to a 7 day 'cooling off' period after you have received the goods you have purchased from us. This regulation is to give you the opportunity to examine the goods you have purchased as you would have when buying in a shop.
IIf you wish to exercise these rights and cancel your purchase you should return the goods to Eureka Cycle Sports, 4 Mollington Grange, Parkgate Road, Chester, Cheshire CH1 6NP U.K. within 7 working days from the date after the goods were received by you. You can only cancel your purchase if the goods are returned to us unused, unmarked and in their original packaging. Regrettably postage or carriage costs cannot be covered by us.
Faulty Goods
All products supplied by Eureka Cycle Sports are covered by manufacturer’s warranty. This is typically one year from the date of purchase, although other items (for example bike frames) have extended warranty periods. Warranties do not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse, general wear and tear etc. but only against genuine manufacturing faults or defects.
Please give full details of any fault or defect when sending items back. Sometimes we may need to send items back to the manufacturers for inspection and evaluation of the goods before we can issue a refund or exchange, which may result in some delay. Regrettably postage or carriage costs cannot be covered by us.
