In April 2010, the 303 Tubular proved once and for all that carbon wheels can do more than just survive on the fearsome cobblestones of Paris-Roubaix and the Tour of Flanders. They can dominate. But Fabian Cancellara’s crushing victories for Team Saxo Bank – the first for any type of carbon wheels in the Cobbled Classics – were far from the whole story. Cervélo TestTeam’s Thor Hushovd and Roger Hammond finished 2nd and 4th at the Roubaix Velodrome, and all eight of Cervélo’s riders completed “The Hell of the North” without a single wheel incident on the same, stock 303s that are available to everyone. Those successes marked the culmination of an impressive run for the latest version of the versatile 303. At 1171g per wheelset, the 303 is even lighter than certain dedicated “climbing wheels” that sacrifice ride quality, durability, and aerodynamics in the name of light weight. Amazingly, the 303 optimizes all four metrics – with the results to match.

Delivery
Goods will normally be delivered within 3-7 working days for UK mainland. Typically, for items in stock (excluding bikes and large items), orders placed before 1pm will normally be delivered the next working day. If an item is out of stock for more than 7 working days an estimate of the delivery time will be e-mailed to you and the item dispatched as soon as stock is available. For orders containing multiple items, in stock items will be dispatched within 3-7 working days and out of stock items delivered when available at no extra charge. Bikes will not be despatched immediately because we assemble, inspect and check it is in full working order before repacking for delivery.

Return Policy New Unused Items
These Government Department of Trade and Industry regulations entitle you to a 7 day 'cooling off' period after you have received the goods you have purchased from us. This regulation is to give you the opportunity to examine the goods you have purchased as you would have when buying in a shop.
IIf you wish to exercise these rights and cancel your purchase you should return the goods to Eureka Cycle Sports, 4 Mollington Grange, Parkgate Road, Chester, Cheshire CH1 6NP U.K. within 7 working days from the date after the goods were received by you. You can only cancel your purchase if the goods are returned to us unused, unmarked and in their original packaging. Regrettably postage or carriage costs cannot be covered by us.
Faulty Goods
All products supplied by Eureka Cycle Sports are covered by manufacturer’s warranty. This is typically one year from the date of purchase, although other items (for example bike frames) have extended warranty periods. Warranties do not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse, general wear and tear etc. but only against genuine manufacturing faults or defects.
Please give full details of any fault or defect when sending items back. Sometimes we may need to send items back to the manufacturers for inspection and evaluation of the goods before we can issue a refund or exchange, which may result in some delay. Regrettably postage or carriage costs cannot be covered by us.

Will I qualify for credit?
We can only consider your application if:
- You are over 18 and employed at least 16 hours per week
- You have a good credit history with no late payments, debt relief orders, CCJ's, IVA's or bankruptcies
- You are a permanent UK resident and able to supply a UK address history for the last 3 years
- Applications from students (unless employed at least 16 hours per week), unemployed and single house persons will not be considered
Applications also welcome from retired individuals, in receipt of a private or company pension (aged 50 or over at date of application).
Goods can only be delivered to your home address. If your application is accepted, the deposit must be paid by credit or debit card.
